Overview

As part of the Host Healthcare Recruitment team reporting directly to the Senior Training Recruitment Director, the Training Recruitment Director (TRD) is responsible for the training, management, and ongoing development of the Recruitment Sales Team. The TRD collaborates with other recruitment directors, team leads, account management, recruiters, talent acquisition, operations, quality assurance, and finance to identify sales training needs based on skills gap analyses. The TRD will assist the Senior Training Recruitment Director with the onboarding, and training of all Senior Recruiters. The TRD will also lead and manage a team of new hire Senior Recruiters from hire date through training graduation. The TRD may carry 10 TOA of their own.

The TRD has a strong desire to assist and progress the Recruitment team members, is self-motivated, with a demonstrated passion for sales and has strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals as a company. He or she is a creative, energetic individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor and maturity. The TRD maintains a positive outlook and serves as a positive influence within the team. He or she is also well-organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a thorough understanding of the healthcare staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Training RD team in leading each Senior Recruiter Sales Training Program
  • Ideate, create, & lead group and individual training sessions
  • Responsible for communicating KPI performance alongside expectations weekly with each direct report
  • Daily huddles to facilitate ongoing training topics, cover announcements and updates, and communicate progress to goals on a team-wide basis
  • Communicate company policies and updates to team members
  • Drive, coach, and mentor full-cycle recruiting process
  • Report directly to Senior Training Recruitment Director
  • Act as Recruitment subject matter expert and champion
  • Create, expand, and maintain training materials
  • Perform company-wide training facilitation on relevant topics to expand development of overall recruitment
  • Coach and develop direct reports through one-on-one meetings and team trainings
  • Analyze market/business trends and KPI’s to help drive the correct sales behavior
  • Weekly check-ins with Senior Training Recruitment Director
  • Role model and champion of Host Core Values

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of proven recruitment experience with a successful track record of growing personal TOA, maintaining a desk of 15+ TOA
  • Process oriented with excellent organizational skills, and dedication to follow through.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications. Able to negotiate, trouble-shoot and problem-solve collaboratively and coach direct reports and other sales team members.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Comfortable within a fast-paced work environment.
  • High comfort level operating within technology platforms, including Target Recruit and vendor management systems.
  • Current Host employee with robust knowledge of Target Recruit, Host SOP’s, and expectations
  • Allied knowledge highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
