Overview

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, planning, executing, and analyzing B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership to support company growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing – Clients and collaborates closely with sales, product, and creative teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact marketing initiatives tailored to targeted audiences. This role embraces an AI-forward mindset and leverages modern marketing technologies to enhance speed, precision, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and monitor integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with internal teams to develop concepts, messaging, and creative assets while leveraging AI for optimization.
  • Create and execute thought leadership initiatives and webinar-related content to position the company as an industry expert, using AI tools to accelerate content development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and support sales efforts through effective marketing tactics and channels.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign success, providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and adapt campaigns to changing conditions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage content creation for marketing materials, events, and conferences, including audience targeting, logistics, and pre/post-event campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels while driving innovation through generative AI to enhance efficiency, creativity, and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
  • 2-5 years proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, tactics, and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and propose optimizations.

Pay Range

USD $45,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
