Client Executive – Job Description

The Client Executive’s role and responsibility will be to build strong relationships with C-Level Executives and key stakeholders within assigned Facility/System. The Client Executive will also be expected to identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize opportunities across all Medical Solutions brands. They will be expected to be supportive of the company culture and uphold company values. This is a sales position and is considered “Exempt”. If overtime hours are worked, there is not additional pay for overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growing market share within assigned MSP and Direct accounts.
  • Conduct presentations both in person and virtually to high level executive decision makers.
  • Responsible for converting Direct Business Accounts into Managed Service Provider Agreements
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and “C” level executives.
  • Create increased visibility of Medical Solutions products and solutions to high level decision makers.
  • Communicate with appropriate Medical Solutions business divisions upon identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand portfolio.
  • Expand knowledge base and stay current with industry trends and competitor intelligence.
  • Leads the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to provide education and solution opportunities related to industry challenges, trends, and best practices.
  • Construct a facility/system profile to map out important contacts and decision makers.
  • Maintain and grow footprint within systems and clients to increase FTE count and revenue.
  • Discover and Analyze clients’ strategic objectives though established consultative relationships.
  • Analyzes raw data to understand account performance.
  • Designs service plan around data driven performance metrics.
  • Partners with Enterprise Executive and Account Management teams to continuously seek opportunities to enhance the delivery of value to our clients.
  • Communicate, understand, and develop relationships with various clients — covering all areas of needs, understanding contracts, facility requirements around placement, billing, and job descriptions.
  • This position involves independent negotiations with clients regarding bill rates.
  • This position is largely based on independent judgment as Client Executives are viewed as a strategic partner for our clients.
  • Travel required up to but not limited to 25-40%

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR proven experience in the industry.
  • Background and experience where compensation is commission-based.
  • Exceptional presentation skills to decision makers
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to create excel pivot tables, graphs, etc for data visualization projects
  • Must have 4+ years’ experience in staffing specific to Healthcare facilities.
  • Must currently be exceeding expectations in current role
  • Proven ability to present to C level executives preferred.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter.

Preferences:

  • Preferred experience in Client Growth, Client Success and/or Sales Support.
  • Experience selling new clients and managing existing clients.
  • Medical field and/or terminology background.
