The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be at the forefront of our Sales efforts, working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to identify and nurture qualified leads for the Sales Executive Team. This role provides an ideal foundation for individuals early in their Sales careers, offering a gradual and supportive increase in responsibilities as they gain tenure, skills, and experience. Our BDR program serves as a key talent pipeline, offering a clear path to promotion into Sales positions at MSG as one develops into a full-cycle Sales professional
· Proactively drive lead generation by executing targeted campaigns, including cold-calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and engage qualified leads.
· Schedule appointments & demos by setting up qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for Sales Executives to help advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
· Collaborate with Sales Executives to strategically identify and prioritize target prospects, leveraging data and analytics to refine outreach efforts.
· Qualify and nurture leads by assessing inbound prospects from marketing efforts, guiding them through the sales funnel, and aligning their needs with our solutions.
· Develop product knowledge to gain a deep understanding of our product’s use cases and customer verticals, enabling effective communication of its value.
· Enhance campaign effectiveness by working closely with department leader and the marketing team to provide feedback on messaging and outreach strategies.
· Engage in professional development through regular sales training and development programs, with a clear path for career growth into Sales Executive roles.
· Communicate, understand, and develop a relationship with various hospitals/health systems.
· Perform the full continuum of business development activities including prospecting for new opportunities, qualifying leads, pitching Medical Solutions array of service offerings and scheduling meetings
· Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned monthly activity goals.
· Contribute to and support a fast-paced Team environment.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background, along with prior customer-facing roles.
· Strong cold-calling skills, the ability to identify key decision-makers, and the expertise to build meaningful client relationships.
· Excellent verbal and written skills to engage clients, convey complex value propositions, and foster long-term partnerships.
· Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
· Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and email marketing platforms, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
· A data-driven approach is necessary to interpret insights, refine outreach strategies, and improve lead conversion rates.
