Recruitment Sales Manager – Job Description

This Recruitment Sales Manager’s role and responsibility will be to manage a team of Recruiters. The Recruitment Sales Manager will be expected to be supportive of the company culture and uphold our company values, by setting an example for their sales team members and our company. The most important attribute of a Recruitment Sales Manager is to lead by example in all facets of their position. They will set the tone of the sales floor and teams with their actions and push to drive sales to help the company and its team members reach their overall goals. This is a sales position and is considered “Exempt”. If overtime hours are worked, there is not additional pay for overtime.

Responsibilities

·Be an example for our people by demonstrating Medical Solutions’ Core Values in everything you do

· Be a positive, energetic leader on the sales floor that drives success for their team

· Maintain core values at all times

· Bi-weekly 1 on 1’s to assist in growing their salespeople’s headcount/revenue numbers consistently to help them reach their personal and professional goals

· Communicate, push and hold their teams accountable to reaching their monthly team and individual pop goals

· Hold their teams accountable to making the most of their 8 hours of work each day

· Organizing and coordinating morning huddles

· Create individual performance strategies

· Call monitoring and coaching

· Individual coaching & training

· Problem solving. Serve and help their team daily

· Implementing new policies, procedures, trainings

· Motivating through recognition programs and incentives

· Recognize best practices and successes

· Leading and assisting with Inter-departmental communication (Quick Starts, etc.)

· Review and coach the right behaviors off metric numbers provided in reports

· Monitor and assist with Missing paperwork

· Monitor and assist with a consistent plan for retention

· Follow up and hold their team members accountable to the Wow Plan

· Drive the team to compete on efforts, production and teamwork daily

· Push for great communication between Recruiter’s and client side, along with other departments

· Review Commission Reports with individual team members consistently

· Coordinate roundtable discussions for ongoing team training

· Provide opinions/feedback to Management team in bi-weekly meetings

· Keep team focused and motivated!

Qualifications

· Must have a Bachelor's degree or years of proven success in the industry

· Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback.

· Be an example for our people by demonstrating Medical Solutions’ Core Values in everything you do

· Must have a passion for training and working with our Training and Sales Management Teams to help grow individuals and our company overall

· Consistently displays a positive attitude and sets a regular example for our core values

· Someone who proactively promotes our company culture

· Must not be on disciplinary action

 

 

Preferences:

· Staffing Industry experience

· Travel Nursing experience

· Medical field or terminology background

Pay Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
