The Manager, Learning Experience & Programs is responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and delivery of blended learning programs that support employee development and organizational performance.
This role ensures learning initiatives are delivered through an intentional mix of instructor-led sessions, virtual learning, digital coursework, and experiential development opportunities. A key focus of the role is developing and managing learning pathways and learning journeys that connect programs into structured development experiences supporting career growth, leadership development, and organizational capability.
The position also leads the operational planning and project management of learning initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. This role partners closely with instructional designers, facilitators, learning technology teams, and business leaders to bring learning strategies to life across the organization.
